This is a perfect combination of two staple recipes, Toasted Nuts and Herb Butters. Make those in advanced and add them to all your keto meals.

Keto Ingredients

2 Organic Eggs
2 tbsp Butter (Herb Butter)
3 tbsp Sour Cream
Handful of Toasted Nuts
Himalayan Salt & Black Pepper
Optional:
 Fresh Herbs, Cheese, Creme Fraiche

Keto Cooking

Fry eggs in herb butter on med/heat. Put sour cream on the plate first. Place eggs on the sour cream. Pour herb butter on top. Add toasted nuts, salt & pepper.

  • Toasting nuts makes them more flavorful & easier to digest. 
  • Herb butter is a great ingredient for quick sauces.
