Easy Keto Pizza
High-fiber tortillas can be used to make easy keto pizza crusts. Only 5g net carbs per tortilla! Eat two full pizzas with your favorite toppings.
- 2 High-Fiber Tortillas
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 small can Tomato Paste (12 oz) or Crème Fraîche
- Favorite Cheeses: Mozzarella, Parmesan, Goat Cheese, Pepper Jack
- Favorite Toppings: Sausage, Mushrooms, Basil, Pepperoni, Hot Peppers, Olives
Preheat oven to 450°F with a pizza stone or cookie sheet inside. Brush tortillas with olive oil. Place tortillas on hot pizza stone or cookie sheet. Lightly bake until crispy, light brown (3-5 min). Remove tortillas. Add tomato paste, cheese, and toppings. Bake again until desired (3-5 min).
Cooking tortillas twice makes them crispy and firm. Lots of ingredients on top can decrease crispiness.
