  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 cup Crushed Ice
  • Pinch of Mineral Salt
  • Stevia Sweetener to taste
  • Optional: Cocoa Nibs, Chia Seeds, Nutritional Yeast
