Lemon Butter

easy lemon butter recipe


  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/3 cup chopped Parsley
  • Lemon Zest from 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper


Wash and chop parsley. Zest about 1/2 lemon. Squeeze juice from lemon. Mix all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Wrap butter in wax paper and store in the refrigerator. Store in the freezer for longterm. 

Cooking Tips

Bring butter to room temperature for best taste.
