Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • Slice of Lemon or Lime
  • Ice Water
  • Stevia (optional)
Chia seeds in water

Instructions

Squeeze lemon or lime. Mix all ingredients. Rest (10 min) or refrigerate for later. Stir before drinking.
