Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 tsp grated Fresh Ginger
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1 cup Crushed Ice
  • Stevia to taste
  • Optional: 1 tsp Lemon Juice, 1 tbsp Chia Seeds, 1 tbsp Ground Flax Seed

Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a blender for 20 seconds. Share and enjoy!
